1. About TDA

The Discovery Academy ("TDA", "we", "us") is a faith-centered learning and mentorship platform founded by Pastor David Ndubuisi Ikechukwu. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Access

Mentorship Circle access is granted on a subscription basis. We may update programs, sessions, and resources from time to time to better serve members.

3. Payments

All payments for The Discovery Academy are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Fincra.

TDA does not collect, store, or have access to any of your payment information, including card numbers, bank details, CVV codes, or any other sensitive financial data. All such information is handled directly by Fincra under their own terms and security standards. Any payment-related disputes, refunds, or billing concerns are processed through Fincra in accordance with their policies.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow members. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates our community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All teachings, materials, and resources provided through TDA remain the property of The Discovery Academy and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Our programs are intended for personal growth and leadership development. Outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
